My terms of service also apply to my joint commissions.

○ You agree with all the terms below by commissioning me.
○ These are commissions for streaming and personal use only, strictly not for commercial use.
○ Please credit me as acasiaparsnip and link to my twitter account.
○ I own the right to decline your commission for any reason including being unable to meet your needs and deadline.
○ You agree that I am allowed to stream said commission unless explicitly stated otherwise by you, the client.
○ I am allowed to use your commission art as a sample for the reference of future clients.
○ Time taken to complete a commission may take longer depending on the waiting list.
○ 1 revision will be provided for each phase (Sketch, Colour and/or Animation). Additional revisions will be charged accordingly.
○ If you lose your files after delivery, I will save a copy of your files for 1 week only. Don't hesitate to DM me if you are within that time period!
○ No changes will be made once the order is delivered.
○ The total fee of rushed projects will be increased by 50%.

ꕤ Refunds ꕤ

○ Prices are in USD.
○ You will be entered into the waiting list once the full payment has been made and only via Paypal.
○ I operate on first come first serve basis with the exception of rushed projects.
○ Partial refunds are only available if the project is less than 50%
complete.
○ Refunds will not be available once the project is 50% or more complete.
○ Full refunds are only available if I, the artist, cannot complete the commission for personal reasons.
